We focus on educating and coaching our practice members, helping guide people toward a different mindset around what it means to be healthy. Wellness is not a destination; it’s a journey, and we are here to help you on that journey through individualized chiropractic care and massage therapy.

Our History

Dr. Darrin Thorvaldson and his wife, registered massage therapist Tempest Thorvaldson, opened our practice together in 2004, after Dr. Darrin received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in the United States.

Natives of South Winnipeg, they always knew they’d return home to practice closer to their families and serve the community they love. After a decade, we outgrew our first location—our current space on St. Mary’s Road is about five minutes from where we first started.

We start by truly listening to you and building a connection based on trust. We offer a very in-depth diagnostic process that includes a wide range of assessments, including CLA INSiGHT® scans and other cutting-edge technology.

We offer care plans tailored to your individual needs and goals, with regular re-evaluations to ensure you’re moving toward those goals.

We do all this in our beautiful, soothing office designed to help all your senses begin to de-stress the moment you walk in.

Every step of the way, we educate you about what it means to create & maintain optimal health and wellness, for yourself and your whole family. What we do here in the office is one component of healing—but your quality of life improves because of changes you make.
